1. Who we are

Racecraft Academy is operated by Stichting Senna Moorlag Racing, [Street, postcode, city, Netherlands], Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 99973820, VAT [VAT number]. Contact: team@racecraft.academy.

2. The service

Racecraft Academy is an online training programme for sim racing: video lessons, written lessons, training assignments, progress tracking and, depending on your membership, coaching. A free account gives access to selected preview lessons. Paid memberships give access to the courses and services listed for that plan on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Your account is personal. Don't share your login or the course content.
• Keep your login details secure and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.

4. Memberships, payment and renewal

• Memberships are billed monthly or annually in advance, through our payment provider Stripe. Prices include VAT.
• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current period.
• Downgrades and switching from annual to monthly take effect at the end of the current period.
• If a payment fails, access to paid content is paused until the outstanding invoice is paid.
• We may change prices for future periods. Existing memberships keep their price unless we notify you at least 30 days in advance.

5. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

• You can cancel any time on your Membership page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund partial periods.
• As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because you get access to digital content immediately, you ask us at checkout to start straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access has started.
• Coaching sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Missed sessions are not refunded.

6. Use of content

All videos, texts, telemetry examples and other materials are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own training only. You may not copy, record, resell, publish or share them.

7. Safety

Our training is designed for simulators. If you apply techniques in a real car, do so only on a closed circuit with appropriate safety measures and qualified instruction. Never on public roads.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and the content accurate, but we can't guarantee results such as lap times or ratings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence, and except where the law doesn't allow a limitation.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Dutch law applies. Disputes are handled by the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting your rights as a consumer in your own country.
